Challenge: Difficulties in Cost Management and Equipment Operations Due to Fragmented Manufacturing Data
Production, equipment, and energy data were managed separately, making it difficult to accurately identify actual manufacturing costs and sources of energy waste. In addition, reliance on experience-based equipment operations limited opportunities to improve production efficiency.
Implementation: AI-Powered Energy Management with Machine365.Ai + Manufacturing AI Agent Treeni
Data from key production equipment and electrical distribution panels were integrated into Machine365.Ai in real time. The manufacturing AI agent Treeni was deployed to support peak power demand forecasting and the analysis of equipment-level energy consumption and production data, enabling more efficient manufacturing operations.
Results: 30.6% Reduction in Electricity Cost per Unit of Output and 3.8% Improvement in Equipment Utilization
Following the implementation of Machine365.Ai, electricity costs per unit of output decreased by 30.6%, while equipment utilization improved by approximately 3.8%, despite a 53% increase in production weight.
These improvements resulted in an estimated annual financial benefit of approximately USD 62,900.
